Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Goldie Mae Jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Earrings: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Sale or Custom Items: All sale and custom items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Necklaces, Rings, and Bracelets: These items can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in their original condition, within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Make a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Please email us at help@goldiemaecompany.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as the return is processed.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition (with no signs of wear or use).
- The return must be requested within the specified timeframe from the delivery date.
